Dry ginger is highly effective in improving digestion, relieving stomach upset, and in eliminating the excess gas. It reduces motion sickness, soothes stomach, relieves sore throat, and cold. It also helps to lose weight by burning off excess fat.

HOW TO MAKE
Mix one teaspoon (2-3g) of Sukku powder with 150ml of hot water or milk and drink when required. To 1 spoon of sukku powder add cinnamon, cardamom, clove and fennel, boil for 2-3 mins, filter and serve a perfect cup of sukku tea. Adding a pinch of this spice in curries and masalas adds flavor and taste to the dish.
